Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with the original packaging, hardware, accessories, and documentation.

Start a Return

Email support@aegisdoorco.com before returning an item. Include your order number and reason for return. Returns must be mailed to 1010 Pinewood St, Folkston, GA 31537, United States. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed.

Return Costs

AEGIS DOOR CO provides the return shipping label and pays return shipping for both defective and non-defective returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damage, Errors, or Missing Parts

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, missing-part shipment, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day period, subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending the original item back.
